Men's VS Women's Pre-Workout. What's the difference?

 L-Citrulline, arguably the most potent nitric oxide inducing ingredient available, is included in His and Her Pre-Workouts, but at varying dosages based on very different needs and goals.  In general, men are wanting those skin popping veins and a massive pump along with the increased nutrients and oxygen delivered to working muscle, while women typically aren’t looking for skin-splitting pumps but still want the increased nutrient delivery and muscle recovery.  For men we included 6.5 grams of Citrulline Malate to deliver that pump, while the dose was toned down to 5 grams for women to still give effective vasodilation without the giant veins.
